Our Directors

JAYARNA KAY (B.Sc. Exercise & Rehabilitation, Grad.Cert. Business Leadership, GAICD)

Jayarna is a Wiradjuri woman from Orange, NSW. She has managed many community projects working with numerous organisations in health and higher education across the Murrumbidgee, Lachlan and Macquarie regions. Her programs include working under:

  • Prime Minister and Cabinet (PMC) Indigenous Advancement Strategy
  • Charles Sturt University (CSU) Aboriginal Employment Strategy and Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP)
  •  Indigenous Curriculum Working Group (Faculty of Science)
  •  NSW Health Local Health District Three Rivers UDRH

Jayarna oversees strategy, community engagement and recruitment activities of StructureCorp leading the company to deliver quality services to our clients within a regional footprint. Jayarna has managed many events for cancer fundraising, founded and was captain of the Orange AFL women’s team, awarded the Orange NAIDOC sportswoman of the year, coach of the regional women’s AFL representative team, assistant coach of the women’s youth team and manager of Bathurst representative netball junior team. 

SIMON KAY (CIV Building, Qualified Carpenter and Builder, Master of Applied Finance, Master of Business Administration)

Simon Kay is from Albury, NSW and has over 18 years of experience in building and construction working on projects from $5,000 to $30 million. Simon has spent most of his time managing construction projects such as:

  • $4 million CSU Vice-Chancellors Offices (Bathurst)
  • $170,000 DeT Access Upgrades (Kandos, O’Connell)
  • $4 million CSU Learning Project (Bathurst)
  • $4 million DeT Trade Training Centres (Orange, Molong)
  • $300,000 Blayney Police Residences Refurbishment
  • $2 million Specialist Disability Accommodation (Orange)
  • $160,000 Transgrid Substation Building Refurbishment
  • $1 million South Coast NSW Courthouse Refurbishments

  • $1.1 million Flyers Creek Windfarm Commercial and Industrial Buildings Design and Construct

Simon is responsible for financial management, HSEQ systems, and project and maintenance delivery. He has consistently been involved in the community, coaching the Bathurst U14’s junior football, holding the position of president of the Orange AFL Club, and playing for clubs in both Bathurst and Orange.
