Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our upcoming construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills and be able to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, including budgets, schedules, and timelines, and ensure they are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate and oversee all activities on the construction site, including inspections, permits, and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure all parties are informed and aligned on project goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure the project is completed on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Manage and negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and building codes.
- Evaluate project performance and implement improvements as needed.
- Report regularly on project progress to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a construction project manager, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with construction software and project management tools.
- In-depth knowledge of construction regulations and building codes.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Position Summary: The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities on a construction site to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety regulations and building codes. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage and motivate a team of workers to achieve project goals.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and supervise construction activities, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, material procurement, and quality control
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and other legal requirements
- Monitor and track project progress, identify and resolve issues and communicate progress to stakeholders
- Manage and motivate site workers, ensuring they have the necessary training, equipment, and materials to complete their work safely and effectively
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work is completed to the required standards
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met
- Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including daily reports, photographs, and other documentation as required
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress, issues, and potential delays
- Participate in project meetings, including safety meetings, subcontractor meetings, and progress meetings
- Ensure that all project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
- At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry

- National Police Check
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team of workers
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.
Working Conditions: The Site Supervisor will work on a construction site, which may involve exposure to adverse weather conditions, noise, dust, and other hazards associated with a construction site.
Physical Requirements: The Site Supervisor must be able to stand, walk, bend, and climb for extended periods, as well as lift and carry heavy equipment and materials.
